Two men have died after a light plane crashed into a paddock north of Canberra. A NSW Police spokeswoman said emergency services were called to a property on Tallagandra Lane at about 4.30pm, following reports of the crash. The pilot and passenger of the Cessna fixed-wing aircraft both died at the scene. They have not been formally identified. The police spokeswoman said the plane, which featured an Essential Energy logo, took off from Canberra Airport at about 1.30pm on Tuesday.
